IF TDS RETURN IS NOT FILED WITHIN DUE DATE, IS IT ENTIRE AMOUNT IS DISALLOWED???

NO, IT WILL BE ALLOWED IF TDS IS DEPOSITED WITHIN DUE DATE EVEN IF TDS RETURN FILED AFTER THE DUE DATE.
