whether TDS is deductable on fees paid to Arbitrator (Judge)

Yes if fees is paid for rendering professional services TDS will be deductible.

We want for arbitrator or if services are obtained from Judge...
For paying fees to advocate TDS is deducted but for Judge is it applicable
