I pay amount of TDS is more than acctual amount for RENT , what I hv to do for excess amount. any solutions can I back of excess amount.

actually I hv to paid tds on rent of rs. 3838 by mistake I paid of rs. 10038 .

a claim for refund of TDS excess deposited can be claimed by the deductor in Form 26B electronically under digital signature. Go to Traces where you will find a menu for “Request for Refund” click it and follow the procedure
