TDS to be deducted at the time of payment or credit whichever is earlier.
TDS to be deposited monthly within 7th of Next month. TDS deducted during the month of March is to be deposited within 30th April.

you have to deduct tds when amount in cross the limit. its not matter you are credit or make payment, you have to deduct the tds.
