I am working in hospital and we are getting laundry bill around 12000monthly is there any tds to be deducted

Yes. TDS should be deducted u/s 194C since the annual threshold limit of Rs 75000 p.a. will be crossed.

Individual/HUF @1%
Others @2$
No PAN @20%.
