in fy-13-14 I gave advance of rs 50000 in cheque and deduct tds of rs 500 to a contractor. now in fy 14-15 he raise a bill of rs 120000. how much I deduct the tds from this bill

You need to deduct TDS on remaining Rs 70000 I.e., Rs 700/-.
