we have enterd in a lease agreement on office premises in the month of Dec-13 for a monthly rental of rs.30000/-. Pls guide us whether TdS to deductd or not since the total rental amt for this FY does not exceed the ceiling of rs.180000/-.

in such case no tds is to be deducted as its not exceeding threshold limit.
