i've paid extra TDS for the M/o April'12 on May'12. Can i adjust this TDS. if yes then please tell me how can i adjust.

You can adjust this extra paid amount in next month.
There is quearterly return to be filed. At the time of filing return you can adjust the extra paid amount which is paid in earlier month.

we had no liability of TDS in the month of April'12 and we paid extra TDS 25,000/- in May'12 for the M/o April'12. But now in August month we have a liability of 750,00/-. So can i adjust TDS 25,000/- of May'12.

actually TDS wrongly paid in May'12. while there was not TDS liability. But in August'12 we have a liability of TDS. So can i adjust this TDS. if yes then how.

You can adjust amount of TDS paid earlier. But if you have already filed your TDS return for quarter ended June 2012. You will have to revise the same if particulars of deductee are not given in june 2012 tds return.
