15 June 2011 Dear members;

pl suggest regarding TDs matter

My company has made a Agrrement for A Rented guest house with an Individual for Rs 22000/- pm .
Now the landlord demend that he won't want to pay tds on the above amount.
Should i make payment by distributing the amount As 15000/- pm Rent and balance as Maintenence charges to the same person through diffrent cheque.
