courier charges tds deduction when i am payment of single bill

Yes TDS to be deducted u/s 194C if the single payment amount is more than Rs 30000/-.
Rate:
Individual / HUF 1%
Others 2%
No PAN 20%.
Annual Threshold Limit is Rs 75000/-
