hello,
my company is working as in waste management with Municipal corp. for collection and transportation of garbage . As we have more then 200 vehicles and we also have a small workshop for small repairing of vehicles.
Now my question is on TCS whether it is applicable or not on our company when we sale scrap of vehicles parts which are in come when we take repairs of damage vehicles.
also we are not doing any other business there fore none of the taxation (apart from Direct tax)is applicable on our company. ( nor we covered under CST, VAT, Service Tax)

TCS not applicable due to this is not generated due to mfg. process .
