How can we file a concessional rate certificate [Regarding 206C(9)]number in TCS return. . . ?

01 May 2014 In TCS return you just need to indicate lower deduction rate by selection the lower deduction flag.

02 May 2014 Sir. . we have already selected the Lower Deduction Flag (Form- 13).
But still Govt. demanded for more Tax ignoring the certificate numbers
what could be Reason for this. . ??

02 May 2014 Please check if the certificate no was correctly mentioned. Other wise reply to their demand notice enclosing a copy of the lower deduction certificate.
