whether stipend is taxable or not if yes under which section

yes stipend will taxable as a salary and employer would have to collect the TDS if stipend cross the minimum examption limit

In my opinion, Stipend is not taxable in salary as there is no employer and employee relationship between the CA and the article clerk. It should be taxable under Income from Other Sources.
