Taxability of salary income in abroad

Dear Sir's
I worked in abroad From 01.04.2016 to 31.10.2017 under a Contract .
The Salary which I recieved from the Overseas Employer in US$, regularly send to my Savings Account in India through Western Union. No Tax has been deducted by the Employer during the Employment period.
Please advice me ,Should I need to pay Tax on my above income in the A.Y. 2017-18 & 2018-19 and which ITR Form I required to use to file my Income Tax Returns.
Your valued advice help me to file the Returns at the earliest.

In case of income received in abroad,Taxability arises on the basis of residential status of an assessee

During the PY 2016-17, you are a non resident and therefore, income earned abroad is not taxable in India even if the income is not taxed in the country in which salary was received.

During the PY 2017-18 also you are a non resident and therefore no tax is payable on the income earned abroad

Since no income is taxable in your case, there is no need to file a return
