Taxability of llp

Whether LLP is needs to file AOC-4 or MGT-7.
please convey taxability of LLP.
AOC-4 and MGT-7 need not be filed by LLP's. Instead, Form -8 - Statement of Account and Insolvency and Form -11 Annual Return needs to be filed with RoC.

but at the time of filing of income tax is there any need to file separate forms like 29b etc..,?
