Are ALL the fringe benefits that were taxable in the hands of the employer, now FULLY taxable in the hands of the employees?
And... is it applicable for may, 2010 examination.
pls let me know.

It is applicable for the AY 2010-11

from A/Y 2010-11, there is no fringe benefits tax. it will be applicable to may 2010 exam.
