From which date is new rate (14.28) of Service tax applicable? Is reverse charge mechanism applicable for parcel or courier services? if yes what is the rate of abatement and rate of reverse tax to be paid?

new service tax rate wil b applicable once it get notified dear.. we expect it to b around mid of may

For applicability of new rates you need to wait for the notification. RCM not applicable on courier service.
