I am employed out of India from feb 2007 till date. I want to know whether salary received is taxable in India or not. I have not filed the tax return for last 3 years also. Please tell me what kind of penalty could be imposed. Regards Inder

Dear Inder, Make your qerry more clear.U are in job outside & u have the salary out side india,Then its not taxable.You need to file return in india if u have taxable income in India.
