Dear Sir,
I have some deposits earned while working outside India and lying in NRE deposits. Now, I have moved to India and working in India. I am paying income tax as per my salary / income in India. Please advise how long I can keep NRE deposits in the NRE category. Regards, Rakesh

You can keep NRE deposits till its maturity and no tax payable on it.
