sir
i have filed school return whose gross receipt above one crore and claim expenses and deficit under considering year. but i have no exemption certificate from authority u/s 10(23c)(vi) now my case is under scrutiny. what is tax implications. my society is solely run a scholl

As no exemption obtained u/s 10(23c)(vi) tax is payable on income earned.
