06 August 2013 im working in a food industry, we send raw material ( haldi & red chilly ) for grinding & receive job work bill.. kindly tell me is there any tax limit agst job work done in a financial year??? & type & rate of tax applicable ???

06 August 2013 yes u need to deduct tds u/s 194C.

for tax audit pls mention the amount of gross turnover.

06 August 2013 if one bill is above 30000/- then deduct TDS. else
if total bills for the years above 75,000/- then deduct TDS.

06 August 2013 the limit for tax audit is for business- Rs 1 crore u/s 44AB.
for professional providing service it is rs 25 lakhs.
