Hi everyone ! Can anybody please tell me which are are the transactions that would amount to tax evasion and tax avoidance ? I.e in which ways an individual and a company can evade and avoid the tax. Eagerly waiting for the reply. Thanks and regards. Naveen B

Suppression of income is tax evasion. Making Savings and availing tax deductions u/s 80C is tax avoidance.
