I want ask you who can be a Tax Consultant? Can an Inter CA passed student open a Tax consultancy firm?

A Inter pass CA student can always start his tax consultancy firm. There is no restriction.

i think for becoming Tax Consultant, no additional requirement/qualification is required.

To become a tax consultant there can not be any restriction. everybody who can know abount tax laws can be a consultant but to appear before a tax authority as an authorised representative one has to be qualified CA or advocate etc. or he should possess a income tax practice certificate to be issued by the commissioner of income tax after completing the certain procedure and having certain minimum qualifications. he should be commerce graduate
