30 November 2013 If an invoice is issued by an individual of
Rs.150000 + Ser Tax
on 15th October 2013

But he received Rs.130,000 in full settlement on 20th November 2013

What will be the service tax liability??

It should be calculated on 1,50,000 or any other amount????
