Is it TDS compliance's is applicable for below tax audit private limited companies.

For eg : company turn over is Rs.42 lakhs during 12-13. Rent paid during the year 2.20 lakhs for this tds is applicable or not.

Criteria of tax audit for applicabillity of tds to be considered only in case of individual.
