Dear All,
Is it TDS compliance's is applicable for below tax audit private limited companies.
For eg : company turn over is Rs.42 lakhs during 12-13. Rent paid during the year 2.20 lakhs for this tds is applicable or not.

tds rules are applicable on companies irrespective of the fact whether tax audit is applicable or not.
