HR Recruitment & Consultancy Company having Gross T/O above Rs.10lacs, Whether it should be considered as profesional services and it's under the tax audit brackets.????

No, it should not be considered as a professional service as the organisation is not providing a service which involves purely intellectual skill or is into operations which involve intellectual skill. Para 4.3 of the Guidance Note on Audit under section 44AB has explained the professional in terms of intellectual skill used in the provision of services.
