24 September 2015 High court has refused to extend the due date of tax audit. When will be the final decision of tax audit extension will be declared?

25 September 2015 It is only Delhi High Court has refused extension. Similiar matters are pending before various high court such as Mumbai, Orrissa, Karnataka, Punjab & Haryana & Gujrat. Matter at Orrisa is expected to be heard today and for rest of the other High Courts matter is listed at 28 or 29th of September. You need to wait till all the matters are disposed off.
