Our client is running a School under a Trust taking Fees and gross receipts exceeds 1crore. Wether Audit Required? If Yes Which Audit Report is to be filed??? 3ca-3cd???

you need to file form 10B in this case.

You will have to audit the books of the trust under Bombay Public Trust Act (if the trust is in Maharashtra state)and report it in Form 10B. The financials will be as per schedule IX read with Rule 17(1).
