25 November 2014 Our client is running a School under a Trust taking Fees and gross receipts exceeds 1crore. Wether Audit Required? If Yes Which Audit Report is to be filed??? 3ca-3cd???

25 November 2014 you need to file form 10B in this case.

25 November 2014 You will have to audit the books of the trust under Bombay Public Trust Act (if the trust is in Maharashtra state)and report it in Form 10B. The financials will be as per schedule IX read with Rule 17(1).
