Tally data transfer

Hi,
I have Tally 9.0 (Gold) version at my home PC but Tally 9.0 (Silver) version at office.When i tried to open data file backed up from office on my home PC, the TALLY just gave the messsage "EXITING TALLY"
data could not be opened in version 7"
and tally turned off.
Please help me in finding the solution.

When you open Tally, press Ctrl+Alt+R. Tally will ask you to select the company which you want to rewrite. Select the company. Tally will rewrite the books and you will be able to open the company.
