What is the difference between Single user and multi user in tally?

Single user means that Tally will work only on the system on which it is installed and only one user can use the same at a time.
Multi user means that more than one user can simultaneously access Tally from different computers.
Multi user means that more than one user can simultaneously access Tally from different computers.
