I CAME TO FOLLOWING ERROR WHILE MIGRATING DATA FROM TALLY 7.2 TO 9.PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR THAT?

Please help me out to solve my problem. Its very very very urgent.
