CAN ANYBODY SUGGEST THE PROCEDURE FOR TAKEOVER OF PARTNERSHIP FIRM BY AN EXISTING PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY AND FORMS TO BE FILED WITH MCA IN THIS REGARD.
