Is t.d.s. Return not required to file from Quarter III For the financial year 2009-10 ?

The old provisions has been restored. Form 24C and 17 has been withdrawn.

it means not require to file 24Q & 26Q for 3rd quarter for the f.y. - 2009-10,

Sir,
I mean to say, we need to file 24Q and 26Q as we have been doing so far.
As per the provisions till the issue of new notification, Form 24Q & 26Q were supposed to be filed upto 30.09.09 only.
This is as per Notification dated 10.02.2010, which can be assessed at http://law.incometaxindia.gov.in/DitTaxmann/Notifications/IncomeTaxAct/2010/TDS_Notification.doc
