As a Pvt Ltd company what is the TDS rate and we are geting 15% discount on the entire amount, so TDS is for full amount or after the discount amount.

ONLY CASH DISCOUNT IS ACCOUNTED SO WHEN YOU GIVE CASH DISCOUNT THEN AFTER YOUR CASH DISCOUNT WHICH YOU ARE PAYING THATS THE FIGURE YOU NEED TO DEDUCT TDS ON IT.
