A Person who are dealing in a car business on a commission basis are taxable under service tax law...?

But Trading of Goods are Covered under the Negative List....?this is nothing but a trading of cars (i.e.purchase from one party & sell to another party and Difference amount are treated as Commission)

If you are buying and selling cars any surplus will be profit not commission.
