If one person got the age of 80yrs on 31.03.2014. is he come into the super senior citizen for the yr 2013-14

yes... according to me he would be super senior citizen for the year 2013-14

Yes since he attained age of 80 during FY 2013-14 he will be treated as Super Senior Citizen for FY 2013-14 i.e., AY 2014-15.
