Submission of form 23 on mca_portal

02 June 2012 I am going to submit the Form-23 on MCA_POrtal as per prescribed manner.After making all the mandatory attachments,when I uploaded the form, Message display "The size of the form is exceed the maximum limit of 2.6MB".
Will you please help me??

Yes, Your Form size is exceeding from 2.6 MB, so i will suggest you to reduce your attachment by making scan in black and white scanning, thereafter you attache the same.

02 June 2012 i) Set the scanner resolution at 100 dpi
ii) Scan as 'batch file' in 'black and white' option.
iii) Use 'save as' option to save the files.
