I am not getting Student Journal & magazine from last 4Month though I have paid Rs.500 seperately for the same.

How do I loged complaint for the same by On-line?

25 July 2025 If you’ve paid for the Student Journal & Magazine but haven’t received them for 4 months, here’s what you can do to log a complaint online with ICAI:

### Steps to Lodge Complaint Online for Student Journal / Magazine

1. **Visit ICAI’s official website**:

2. **Go to the Student Services section**:
Look for **“Student Services”** or **“Student Grievance Redressal”** on the homepage or under the ‘Students’ tab.

3. **Find the online complaint form**:
There is usually a form or portal for student grievances, including non-receipt of journals and magazines.

4. **Fill in details such as:**

* Your Membership/Registration Number
* Name and contact details
* Details of payment made (Rs. 500, date, mode of payment)
* Description of the issue (non-receipt of Student Journal & Magazine for last 4 months)

5. **Attach any payment receipts or proof if available**.

6. **Submit the complaint** and note the complaint/reference number for future follow-up.
