23 February 2017 If a company has filed the annual return for March 2016, can the company file for its closure . Can anyone tell the procedure for the closure process.?

23 February 2017 when an application is received by Registrar from the company for striking it off on the ground that it is a defunct company, i.e. it is not carrying on business or in operation,the Registrar may proceed to strike its name off the register
