Stock transferd when vat had appicable to agent but...

22 January 2018 Stock has transferd to agent when VAT had applicable but sales is going on under GST.
Agent showed that stock amount in Trans-1. he is paying GST @5% on complete amount i.e. on rs.100 where 90rs. is our cost and 10rs. is his commision on behalf of us i.e principal

then as a principal, which amount we have to show in GSTR-3B and how calculation have to do? bcoz right now we are receiving 90rs. from him only.
bcoz supply already made so no more transaction has there regarding that supply(transfer).

22 January 2018 Assuming,Originally you have invoiced to your agent @ Rs. 90 + VAT which you have debited to his account and the agent has credited to your account. You are now not concerned with the bill raised by your agent. The agent shall pay you the amount lying in credit of your account in his books
