dear sir/madam
ex:-excise duty applicable or not for stock transfer from Karnataka to andrapradesh,
and can we avail cenvat credit in the same company ( in karnataka manufacturing company and sea port in andrapradesh for own use ) ?

Excise duty will be applicable on stock transfer also. At another unit is registered with excise they can take the cenvat credit.

Yes, each unit should be separate registration.
