We have to conduct the stock verification at a shopping mall. Can you please suggest me as how to proceed, since the process can not be completed in a single day and the movement of stock is very high during the day time

If you can not do it in rush hours do it after that. the process is majorly same as we apply to other stock varifications.
First make ABC analysis, get stock report at EOD print and check it with physical stock. If there is movement between your physical check and report print time then ask them to generate one more print and tally that print with latest and make comparision.

u should verify the stock physically with computer stock
i mean they will be maintaining stock in a system na
so take the print out
if possible do 100 % or else do random verification ( high rate values , high quantity stock lik this )
for eg u find 10 items in statement n physically u find 12 items - it means excess 2 items
u find 10 items in statement n physically u find 7 items - it means short 3 items
lik this u should conduct the stock verification
