Dear Sir,
Fabrication of steel items like doors, shutters etc, where steel is provided by customer and assessee charges his wages on the basis of per kg. item fabricated. It would be termed as profession or as a business. And whether such assessee can opt section 44 AD for the wages received?
Please advise me.
