Dear Sir/madam
i want to start a publication house for publishing some books of social nature. The publication house will be on Non-profit basis. what are the formalities that I shoud follow before launching the book. I want to register it in delhi. Is there any benifit under Income Tax Act.

it is advisable that you register the publishing house as a section 25 company. Thereafter, you may register with Income-tax Act under Section 11. Registration under section 11 will provide you tax exemption subject to certain conditions provided therein.
