IS STAMPING OF SHARES COMPULSORY FOR A PRIVATE COMPANY.IS IT ONLY NECESSARY IF THE SHARES ARE ISSUED TO NON RELATIVES

Stamping if share certificate is mandatory as per issue of share certificate rules, 1960.
