I have successfully uploaded SH-7 Form but the status on the form shows as pending for stamp duty payment whereas in the state in which the company is incorporated (Assam) no stamp duty is payable. What is to be done ?
Dear Sir,
I have raised a complaint and called up the MCA team where they say its forwarded to the Technical team. My only problem is that the Form might expire again and it is quite urgent to file it. What could be the next recourse ?
