No service tax is applicable on reimbursement of expenses incurred by pure agent, plz let me know the defination of pure agent.

Plz confirm it's urgent.

29 October 2015 The invoice for the expense is in the name of the principal and the agent is not adding any amount on his part.

29 October 2015 Sir, plz let me know what do you means by the invoice for the exp. Is in the name of principal, does that means the invoice should be in the name of company then No ST will be payable on reimbursement of exp. Am i right or not plz guide me...
