Hi All
Can i taken d Cenvat Credit on Service tax in the F.Y. 2014-15 where My CA has given an Invoice 4 d F.Y 2012-13 & 13-14 in d
F.Y. 2014-15, no provision is been made for the same in respective years.

Hi Preet,
You can avail the Cenvat Credit as long as the invoice is in proper format as per Rule 4B of the Service Tax Rules.
