The basic cost of shop is 17 lacs, included land, plz clarify weather 5.6% ST will be payable on 17 lacs or not if not how much is to be payable in correct method,

30 October 2015 Sir if 5.6% on 17 lacs, excluding land cost, then what about land cost, on land No Service and no vat is applicable, please clarify weather land cost is to be out from the levy of both the tax if yes then on which amount 14.5% vat will be levied, weather on 60% of 17 lacs, or not
