Dear Sir,
Kindly help me out whether to file the ST-3 return by man power supply as they come under RCM for the period April-15 to September - 2015. If not, what is to be done? Since they are having service tax registration...

Once you have obtained the Service Tax Registration you have to file ST3 return, be it NIL Return.
